bah, upload is still fucked

I still haven't figured out what's wrong with it. All of the documentation for this thing is still from the last version as apparently this is a fairly new release. It's some kind of timeout configuration issue, but I can't find where it's set as it isn't where the documentation says it is.

I fixed it in the Downloads section. I haven't tested attaching anything in the Forums or Blog yet, but I think they should also work. Upload any mp3's as some kind of a compressed file like a zip or rar to keep any sneaky web host server administrators or their scripts off my back. It shouldn't give that shitty time out error now unless you upload something that takes more than ten minutes. If this isn't long enough, let me know.
