Privacy Policy
What Another Million Miles collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

This policy explains what anothermillionmiles.com collects when you visit or get in touch, why, and the choices you have. The site is run by DK Management Inc., Danielle Keasling’s company, which also runs daniellekeasling.com and hairbizandbeyond.com. The same policy covers all three.
What we collect
When you browse. We don’t use analytics or advertising cookies, and we don’t set any cookies on your device as a visitor. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to run and protect the site. These are kept for a short time and are not used to identify you.
When you send a message. Our forms ask for your name, email address and message and, on some forms, your phone number. With your message we record the page you sent it from, the website that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source). To stop spam, we keep a scrambled one-way code made from your IP address, never the address itself.
When you play an episode. Podcast episodes stream from Podbean, the podcast host. When you press play, your browser fetches the audio from Podbean, which sees your IP address as any file host would. Podbean’s own privacy policy covers that.
When you click an affiliate link. Some product links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy, the retailer or affiliate network may use cookies on its own site to credit the sale. Their privacy policies cover that.
How we use it
- To reply to you and provide what you asked for.
- To understand which pages and links bring people to us.
- To keep the site secure and stop spam.
We don’t sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.
Who handles it for us
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Supabase stores messages sent through the forms in a secure database.
- Resend sends Danielle an email when a new message arrives.
- Our email provider receives that email at danielle@daniellekeasling.com.
These companies process your information only to provide their service to us. Some of them are based in the United States and may store it there.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need them to reply and follow up. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing danielle@daniellekeasling.com. We will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, for example California, the European Union or the United Kingdom, local law may give you further rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us their details, email us and we will delete them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
